Peace Circle, a little acoustic Meditation and Tai Chi Gung, in collaboration with Circles of Chi Australia.
We will be upstairs in the beautiful Seaside room, with the waves washing in at Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club every Friday morning at 8am through public school term.
